We are conveniently located between Baltimore Maryland and Washington D.C. We offer three distinctive communities for the care of the whole person-mind, body and spirit. We pride ourselves in promoting a "homelike" environment, offering all of the amenities of home plus our residents are surrounded by members of our friendly, caring staff 24 hours a day.

The Annapolitan offers freshly prepared restaurant-style meals in our elegant dining room. Residents are encouraged to participate in exciting daily activities, or, enjoy a quiet summer evening sipping lemonade on our large wrap-around patio. Our nursing department will provide everything from medication management to personal assistance such as grooming and bathing and will help you coordinate your doctor appointments. The Annapolitan offers its residents the reassurance that someone is there to help them, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Cat Tail Cove A 24 bed separate, secured, specialty unit for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's care needs. Cat Tail also serves those in the community who require a higher level of unskilled assistance with personal care such as grooming and bathing and eating. Residents of Cat Tail receive special guidance in a home-like environment with the assistance of our dedicated and specially trained staff.
