There are 166 Independent Living apartments, 40 Residential Care apartments and a 60 private-room Health Care Center.

Each resident's individual needs are assessed by an interdisciplinary team of professionals. If a change in the level of care is suggested, the resident and the resident's family are included in the discussion and planning for a move from Independent Living to Residential Care, or from Residential Care to the Health Care Center. Sometimes a move can occur in the other direction, as well.
